Are the items sold on Eclipse Sample Sales authentic?
Yes, we work directly with premium designers and luxury brands to ensure that every item sold is 100% authentic and sourced directly from the manufacturer.
What is the return policy for sample sale items?
Due to the exclusive nature and deep discounts of our sales, all purchases are final sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or store credit unless an item is found to be defective.
How long does shipping usually take?
Standard shipping typically takes 5-10 business days. Please note that during high-volume events, processing times may be slightly extended as we curate each order.
What condition are the garments in?
Most items are brand new overstock. However, true 'samples' may have been used in showrooms or photoshoots. Any specific wear or minor imperfections will be noted in the product description.
Can I change or cancel my order after it is placed?
To ensure rapid delivery, orders are processed immediately. Once an order is confirmed, we are unable to make changes to the items, shipping address, or cancel the transaction.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to offer global shipping to our international fashion community soon.
