At Eclipse Sample Sales, we strive to offer the best designer fashion at exclusive prices; however, due to the limited nature of our inventory, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for store credit or refund. Please ensure all items remain unworn with original tags attached to qualify for a return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items in their original packaging.

  Ship the Package

  Drop off your return at any authorized carrier location, ensuring the package is scanned by the 14-day return deadline.

• 4.
  Receive Your Credit

  After our warehouse team inspects the items for quality assurance, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
